Tarntawan Place V The Rose Hotel or other : Gay Thailand

I have enjoyed a great stay at Tarntawan Place on many occassions in the past few years, however whilst they give me a 10% discount for having a Utopia card, have noticed that the Rose Hotel & Unico Grand are often mentioned on this forum, both now appear to offer much more competitive rates, ... I have stayed at the Rose on 8 occasions (Twice during each holiday, as I go to Pattaya during that time as well) and I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about it. ...
