Pattaya Bay as seen from our balcony on 25th floor of the Holiday Inn If you look at the upper end of the bay beneath the water tower just above the sand you will see what appears to be a bright light. .... was a huge vat of blessed water that you would take a lotus flower and dip it inside and then sprinkle the water on yourself.
